The PSPCA is the second humane organization founded in the United States nearly 150 years ago.  For more information about the PSPCA and adopting an animal - Visit the PSPCA website!

Check out Rufus in the video below. Colt and Slinky are still available for adoption!

Goose is the sweetest senior Pit Bull Terrier Mix. He is 7.5 years old and still very young at heart! Goose is a shelter favorite and he cannot wait to find his forever family. Goose loves to go for car rides and pack walks with the other dogs in the shelter. He could live with another dog but no cats please. Goose can be a little afraid when meeting someone new, so it is best that his home be with teenagers and adults. Come meet Goose today!
 Rufus - Adopted!!
Rufus is the sweetest and most adorable Pittie Puppy. He is smart, playful, and ready to find his forever family! Rufus will be the guest of honor at the PSPCA's Pittie Party at the Trestle Inn on March 8th from 5-8pm. Stop by and meet your new best friend!
 Stewie - Adopted!!
Stewie is a 6 year old Boston Terrier Mix. He is house trained and knows his commands. Stewie was originally adopted from the shelter, but returned recently because his owner could no longer care for him. He is the sweetest dog! Stewie loves everyone, and he would be best fit in a home with children ages 8 and up.
 Lloyd - Adopted!!
Lloyd is an 8 year old Labrador Retriever Mix who came to the shelter from a high intake shelter. Lloyd is a super sweet pup, who likes other dogs who are around the same size as him. Lloyd is sweet and mellow and is appropriate for any home (except those with cats). Unfortunately this senior pup suffers from Cushings disease. Don't worry though, it can be treated with medication.
 Mill - Adopted!!
Mill is a two year old Black Labrador Retriever Mix. He is so handsome and sweet and ready for his forever family! He is a great candidate for homes with children ages three and up!
 Emmie - Adopted!!
Emmie is the Piazza Pet of the Week! She is a sweet and loving three month old puppy. Emmie and her brother are in foster care until Sunday. Emmie cannot wait to find her forever family! Hopefully the Eagles win big at the Super Bowl too! Go Eagles!
 Haze - Adopted!!
Haze is a 4 year old Pittie Mix. He came in to the shelter after being intentionally hurt by his owner. Unfortunately, his injuries were so severe that one of his back legs had to be amputated. Despite everything he has been through, Haze has bounced back and shown his resilience and forgiveness. He is a super sweet boy who just wants to cuddle with his best human friends in the shelter. Haze is fine with other dogs too, as long as they are calm and respectful.
Slinky is a 6 year old Pit Bull. He is a sweetheart who was rescued recently from a filthy basement. Thankfully the PSPCA's Humane Law Enforcement Team came to his rescue! Slinky has been recovering nicely in their hospital while waiting to be adopted. He is well enough to go into a forever home and cannot wait to meet you!
Colt is a two year old Pit Bull Terrier Mix. Colt is a real charmer, with his big beautiful eyes and handsome face. Colt loves peanut butter, but who doesn't? Colt enjoys going for walks and also relaxing and taking naps in his den. Come meet this handsome guy today!
