The PSPCA is the second humane organization founded in the United States nearly 150 years ago.  For more information about the PSPCA and adopting an animal - Visit the PSPCA website!

Check out Dixie in the video below.

Dixie is a three year old Pitbull Terrier Mix. She was pulled from another shelter when it was full along with her five puppies. All of the puppies have found homes - but she is still searching for her forever family! Dixie is the sweetest! She is very shy, but warms up quickly. Dixie is approved for a family of all ages!
Pop is a one and a half year old Pittie. He was rescued from his home because he was badly burned. His owner accidentally spilled cooking oil on him and never had his injuries treated. Pop was rescued thanks to the PSPCA's Humane Law Enforcement Team. In spite of it all, he is super sweet, loving, excitable, and ready to be adopted! Pop is a great candidate for homes with children of all ages!
 Apple - Adopted!!
Apple is a six month old Pittie Mix. She was surrendered to the PSPCA because her owner could no longer care for her. Apple is super smart, loving, and loves other dogs. She is a great candidate for any home too! Hurry in to the PSPCA to  meet this sweet angel!
 Bridget - Adopted!!
Bridget is a 1 year old Pittie Mix. She was found as a stray. Bridget's owner was located, but was not able to take her back in. She is super sweet, likes other dogs, and is approved for a home with children of all ages! Hurry in to the PSPCA today to meet Bridget!
 Parallax - Adopted!!
Parallax is an eight month old Pittie Puppy. She was pulled from the city shelter to the PSPCA's shelter hospital to recover. She was emaciated and suffering from stomach bloat because she had been fed a large amount of food. She is on the mend and ready for a special family to scoop her up! Parallax is incredibly sweet and even more so shy. Help her see the good in this world!
Marina is a sweet and social nine year old senior Pittie. She loves everyone she meets and would come to join her people for happy hours in the city or low-key walks in the park. Marina is very calm. She is an excellent candidate for any home - maybe even one with another dog. Stop by the PSPCA to meet her.
